Press in the release tab on the electrical connector before sliding the plug straight out of its socket. The Nissan dealer Somerset Nissan did a good job. Removed birds nest from area, did not fix the noise. Has anyone seen this problem, and is it easy to fix? Sensor replaced under extended warranty. The system is woefully behind and cannot be used for navigation.

They could't tell me which tire they repaired, so I question if they actually did. The reset switch is under the power window switch assembly. Driver side window makes squeaky noise when open, dealer changed window runner but still noisy. May 10, 2009 have it reprogrammed. Pull the white plastic collar near the end of the door lock switch cable out of the bracket. Part is on back order. The dealer ordered a new latch and installed it.
Lower the metal cylinder at the end of the door opener handle in to the lower socket. The window run channel is not expensive and is not very difficult to replace. It's not uncommon for a window motor to go bad. It's about 4 inches down from armrest level. Also had rear brakes replaced.

Dealer tested and found spiral cable bad in steering column, replaced part. If so, pop them out and slide them back in to place on the back side of the plastic door panel. Remove the 10mm bolt that was hidden by the armrest by turning it counterclockwise. Keep us up to date. Issue is unresolved but scheduled for replacement in Jan.
About a week later the hatch quit again. Part had to be ordered. If it is a rainy day, your seats will get wet. Replaced fan blower motor relay. I'm guessing that it's not under warranty if you're trying to fix this yourself.
A car is considered unsafe when power windows don't function properly. I use everyday, so very annoying. No warning lights indicating a problem. The feel on the roadd is very smooth and comfortable.
