I've gone through 3 sets of rotors and I'm on my 3rd set of tires. So i took the alarm off and now my drivers seat is not working properly meaning it wont slide front and back and car will sometimes start and shut down right away. Now as i drive it the drivers door open light comes on and wont go off. This year the motor mounts went out at about 47K. The drivers side door lock broke and to be brought in twice, and the bose system has a cd stuck which I can't get out. Otherwise the new bushings will hold the carrier off the pad, resulting in more rattling when you thought you'd fixed it.
It only opens when manually pulled open from the inside. You can check in the dark by lowering the windows and shining a light around the outside seams, or closing the door against a strip of paper and seeing if you can move the paper. During this process if the rod that goes from the handle to the inside of the detaches dont panic , just slide the rod back down thru the door and set it back in place into the blue clip. Look at the hinges and see those circlips, and think it's an easy matter of supporting the door, popping off the clips, replacing the pins and the clips, and you're done. When relays go bad they stop delivering the high current needed for the application. It is more likely to fail in warm weather than in cold. The solution is to grease the stops and contact areas, or to replace the plastic caps.

Then take off the latch rods-unclip them and remove the two screws or bolts holding the old handle to the door frame, then as you remove it, work the latch rods out of their respective holes. The used car lot had welded the crack together. Rusted frame areas should be cut out and have new steel welded back in before it gets worse. More so on harder stops than smooth ones. Now i can sleep in there when i'm in the doghouse.
