This is different than the issue I'm having. I know that motionjoy is mentioned alot on the internet, but that was because it was the only driver for a long time. Plug the controller into the system and charge it fully before attempting to use it again. Thanks by njfrancis m8, if the reset does not work you are most likely with a dead battery on your hands. Checkout the un-install instructions mentioned above. This will clear its internal memory, essentially resetting it.
Then as im still holding ps button turn it back on. If the controller is off and is charging, all four lights will blink, slowly. Once both devices have been properly switched off, first reboot the console by holding down the power button until the device makes three clear bleeping sounds. So unless it's a massive coincidence the controller would seem to require a reset after all. But do not mention it has been abused. All it would ever do is blink its 4 lights for a while and then they'd shut off. Don't even bother to reject it, it will only reappear pushing you over the edge. When using the controller without the speakers, I can get two to three hours without any connection issues. I just brought up this forum to search for any threads I missed through Google search and saw this one at the top of the page. It's just nuts that it isn't wanting to go. For me, it was mostly about OpenEmu. The controller then worked for 2 hours before I'd had enough.
Hi I faced similar problem once after not using my controler for long time the battery drained and it failed even to charge again, as controller becomes dead even fails to start. Hope somebody can help out, thanks! Because you installed MotionJoy, you might have a hard time to get rid of it. Be sure to then switch the PlayStation 3 back on as the controller is powering up. The lights will cease to glow, but your controller will still be connected. Hope i can be of help!! If you start it, someone must win it. The batteries of this controller are replaceble and its a fairly easy fix.
No, I realized it's very much most likely because it's a Chinese knock-off controller, and a search for the model number given shows posts with similar issues for Macs. If you dont, try to borrow a controller from a friend and do it, you won´t break anything. I just realize that I don't care about spending much time with it after getting to play and marvel at it. If it looks good, they'll probably give in but don't come crying to me if you get caught. We will not tolerate any kind of incitement to action against anyone, nor will we allow the posting of information that can be used to harm others celebrities or not. I don't know the other one. My controllers will be fine once they are connected.
