In the end I have to give this a pass based on value despite the shortcomings in its production. I really like the shorter workouts in this set, especially an intense workout like this. Reflection Month three is all about reflection and fine tune. I'm probably burning more than that on Tabata Day but at least I'm getting credit for the minutes. They have the same basic program design and both programs include a nutrition component. It took about four weeks to receive the set and was well worth the wait. What I learned is that we will face in our lives obstacles, negativity, brokenness, heartaches, pain, suffering and God knows what else.
I fell off my nutrition and missed a workout because of Independence Day. Good routine to do while listening to congas. I took the before pics and am looing foward to taking pics and measurements every 2 weeks to monitor my progress. I may do that one on Thursday. This way you are adding more intensity to your workout as well. To achieve this you would probably have to follow the nutrition program to the T.
Nice job on your workouts this weekend! You will need a fitness ball and some dumbbells. A stability ball and a set of dumbbells. For the most part it is a good program. It is way to expensive to maintain a supply of the foods they call for at this point in time. I think the only time I really followed a strict pattern from a workout series on nutrition plans was P90X and I actually made the recipes and everything.
It is not time to be pushed around, but it is time to push off, push on, and press upon those opposing forces in order to achieve your daily, monthly, or yearly fitness goals. My experience has been great. I really want to post my before and after pics but I am too critical. Look at it, See it, and Be it. Transform that visual aid from virtual to reality. I would encourage anyone who is following S90 to also go for it and follow the eating plan at least for a month. I love the way my core feels tight afterwards but during I just despise it.

I had a lot of trouble ordering it on line and got five when I only need one. If you have not yet tried the plus, I would suggest giving it a try.
I was just curious as to who did them, I never heard of them before. I am on my last 4 days and I got great results. The music in this one was mostly a driving rock tune, which seemed appropriate. Thanks so much for this affordable and effective system! It's not a huge calorie burn that way but I can track my strength training and the amount of weight I'm using. I have a naturally fast metabolism, and so putting on weight has been a nightmare, and most of my life has been spent down in the lower 100s. It seems as we roll along that Tom is getting better at this. Both workout programs are broken into three cycles of 30 days each.
It was a good one but I think I should have done a stretch one instead. Now that would be an awesome workout. I am going through all mine, if I can find it online. Fitness is not a weekend trip. Every time it is a different story.
