Nowhere can I find that it is a solely 32bit or 64bit version and a Google came up with this now assuming as far as I know that 32bit apps as a general rule can run very easily on 64bit sytems - even if the version you have there is 32bit it should still run perfectly ok on your machine, and which the refenced link also states.
