I don't know if it is a hardware problem or it is windows, that doesn't register, that I pulled out my headphones :S And I can't find anywhere where I can see output in the sound-configurations. The correct sound driver may even fix the problem. I can go to different frames of it, but they don't seem to be able to play. Make sure the microphone is fully plugged in. Im sure there are other reasons similar to this that people find annoying. Check if the sound card is in its right place. In that case, you need to replace it with a new one.
I'm taking in my phone to get it checked out. I have attached the screen grab showing the 3 volume methods all at different levels. Try working the jack in and out and see if the speakers give intermittent sound, or come back. Had to restart again to get it working. We will assist you with it.
